The best way to start a business for foreign citizens in Republika Srpska is to establish a company limited liability company (d.o.o.). Everyone documents are submitted to APIF, which communicates with the court and the competent tax authority offices instead of clients.
The first condition is that the foreigner has a valid passport that is valid for at least three months longer than required time for company registration, i.e. intended stay in Republika Srpska.
